If you are ever in Chattanooga and you enjoy authentic English food and tea, then you must visit The English Rose Tea Room in downtown Chattanooga. Here are BJ Lawson, Donna Haginas, Donna Otto, Kay Arthur, Kari Dent, and Alicia Williamson Garcia. We enjoyed a quiet lunch before the craziness of the Fall Precept Women’s Weekend began (Oct. 2008).
